We want to start out by looking back over your life to identify success patterns or models of achievement that you have acquired and used up to this point in your life.
It is important to remember you can not do this exercise wrong! Whatever effort you invest in this exercise will eventually be rewarded.
What is the most important is your insight from engaging in the exercise.
As you engage in this exercise for yourself, you can put all of the categories on your timeline or just some of them; you can add as many of your experiences or just one or two - there are no right or wrong answers, the value lies in the enquiry.
Systematically going through your life's experiences to see what you have learned from them is a technique to help you identify key learning points and turning points in your life.
Everyone gets experiences in life but you have to choose to sniff out the insight that sometimes accompanies experience!
